Ponds

Villas North is home to three ponds, Pond A, B, and C. Each pond is a retention pond that is built to improve drainage throughout the property and links up with the Forest Preserve storm sewer system. The Board and Management take the care of the Ponds seriously and wish them to be considered an amenity for those homes that look out upon them.
